Vehicle Technician (with MOT Licence) Wanted
Location: Northampton
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-Time / part time
Hours: 9-6 Monday to Friday with one Saturday a month.
We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Vehicle Technician to join our busy, well-established workshop. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified, hold a valid MOT tester licence, and take pride in delivering work to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
• Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Requirements:
• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent)
• Valid MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 minimum)
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
