Front of House person required for an events company in East Horsley, Leatherhead
Pay rate £13 p/h
Program : Friday 10th October from 16:00pm- 23:00pm
Job duties:
Assign duties amongst team members to match individual productivity rates, skill sets and current responsibilities
Greet guests warmly
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Lead and manage the serving team to ensure high standards of service are maintained
Must have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Must wear black clothing, black shirt, trousers and shoes
