Summary
ROLE
Main Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for planning and executing targets and tasks
• Managing/distributing workload
• Communication between departments and the key link with Management on production, HR and all other issues arising from company activity
• Managing Quality Control of finished and interim fittings and resolving issues accordingly
• Managing staff and identifying training needs where required
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, business code of ethics and other company requirements.
• Responsible for Health & Safety
• Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
Experience:
• Managerial/ leadership experience in a similar role
• Understanding of textile manufacturing preferable

• Excellent verbal and good basic standard of written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
