Summary

Opportunity Overview

On the job learning: gain experience of working with databases, systems and programmes, and with large volumes of data; work as an active part of a team; gain experience of administration including performing of repetitive tasks accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a front-line professional service to visitors and outstanding customer experience to students and staff in all aspects of programme administration;
  • Liaise with Student Administration and Professional Service colleagues in relation to all aspects of the student journey;
  • Work with Programme Leaders & QMO to ensure implementation of University policies relating to the delivery of academic programmes and the administration of student-facing procedures;
  • Assist in the collection and preparation of data for assessment board meetings, ensuring relevant deadlines are met.
