Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client’s team in Newport. This role is essential in supporting the smooth delivery of transaction processing services to a range of clients.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and excellent service. Working as part of a supportive team, you will handle routine tasks and escalate non-standard issues as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Process work in line with agreed procedures and business rules (including calls, emails, queries, and transaction processing).
- Maintain accuracy and quality in all outputs.
- Resolve queries and escalate to management where necessary.
- Prioritise and schedule daily workloads effectively.
- Distribute information or work to colleagues as required.
- Maintain and update records in databases and manual systems.
- Liaise with internal and external clients professionally.
- Print and post reports, invoices, and data daily.
- Support line managers with additional administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and deadlines.
- Identify and suggest process improvements where possible.
