£47,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We’re looking for a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working across a prestigious site on Regent Street. This is a foot mobile role, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance to keep building services running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive electrical repairs
- Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively
- Support general building maintenance where required
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician (C&G / NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
- Proven experience in electrical/building services maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
