£48,000 per annum
4 on 4 off – Day Shifts
We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working on the tenant side of a high-end commercial office in Moorgate. You’ll be responsible for maintaining building services, ensuring reliability, comfort, and efficiency for a prestigious client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs
- Support compliance with statutory requirements and health & safety procedures
- Provide first-class customer service in a high-end corporate environment
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (NVQ / C&G Level 3 or equivalent)
- Strong background in building services within commercial offices
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves, and plumbing
- Excellent fault-finding ability and a proactive approach
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
