4 on 4 off – Day Shifts
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working on the tenant side of a high-end commercial office in Moorgate. You’ll be responsible for electrical building services maintenance, ensuring reliability, compliance, and efficiency for a prestigious client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works
- Maintain and repair lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, BMS controls, and general electrical building services equipment
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in a timely manner
- Support compliance with statutory requirements and health & safety procedures
- Provide first-class customer service in a high-end corporate environment
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering (NVQ / C&G Level 3, 18th Edition)
- Strong background in building services within commercial offices
- Hands-on experience with power distribution, lighting systems, and controls
- Excellent fault-finding ability and a proactive approach
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
