Summary
We’re recruiting physically strong and reliable individuals to join a seasonal team responsible for the setup and takedown of inflatable Halloween decorations across Lincoln High Street.
This hands-on role involves heavy lifting, including moving 25kg sandbags, assembling large inflatables, and transporting equipment. You’ll be working outdoors and must be comfortable with physical tasks in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely lift and move heavy items (sandbags, inflatables, equipment)
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of Halloween-themed installations

Drive a van to transport decorations between locations
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work efficiently as part of a small team
- Physically fit and strong – able to lift and carry up to 25kg

Full UK driving licence – essential for van driving duties

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
Short term seasonal role.
Setup: Wednesday 22 – Friday 24 October (3 days)
Take Down: Sunday 2 – Wednesday 5 November (4 days)
Hours: Typically between 8:00am – 6:00pm
Starting wage of £12.21 per hour.
