The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Property Manager. The private rented sector is ever-changing and often challenging, so the right person will thrive on variety, problem-solving, and building great relationships.
This role is central to keeping our landlords, tenants, and contractors happy, while ensuring properties are well-managed and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out property inspections and provide clear, accurate reports.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Coordinate property re-lets, ensuring minimal void periods.
• Dealing with enquiries from both tenants and landlords.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, resolving issues with compassion and efficiency.
• Support the wider team and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Recognise and act on opportunities to grow our managed portfolio.
• Stay on top of sector changes, compliance, and best practices.
Many, traditional time consuming roles within Property Management, have been removed and re-allocated throughout the team, to ensure the role is equally distributed.
The role also has added flexible working with a short and long week, working average 36 hours per week with only 2 Saturdays per month (the very appealing pattern can be explained in full on application).
