The Best Connection is seeking an experienced Category C Shunting Driver for an ongoing role involving local shunting between three sites, all based in the North East. This is a day shift position offering steady work and competitive pay.
The Role:
- Perform local shunting operations safely and efficiently between three sites in the North East
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving trailers as required
- Ensure vehicles are positioned correctly for outbound deliveries
- Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid, clean UK Category C driving licence
- Experience with shunting operations preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Hours:
- Day shifts with start times between 06:00 - 07:00
- Ongoing role with no fixed end date
Pay:
- £14.50 per hour
