Summary
The Beacon School is seeking a caring and organised individual to join us on a permanent basis as our First Aid Lead. This vital role involves overseeing the day-to-day medical provision for students, ensuring their health needs are met with professionalism and compassion. If you’re passionate about student welfare and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. Your opportunityAs Lead First Aider, you will be at the heart of our medical and welfare provision, delivering timely care, managing care plans, and coordinating first aid responses across the school. You’ll work closely with students, staff, and families to ensure medical needs are met with professionalism and compassion, making a real difference in the daily lives of our school community. What we're looking for: Experience working in an office or in an administrative capacityExperience of working in an educational environmentCalm and confident approach in emergency situationsSensitive and understanding when supporting student well-beingStrong record-keeping and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and use initiativeGood general administration skillsGCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or aboveFirst aid qualification (desirable) Please read the full job description and person
