Your new role
You'll lead the planning and execution of email campaigns across the full customer lifecycle-onboarding, upsell, renewals, and more. From segmentation and automation to testing and reporting, you'll be the go-to expert for driving engagement and retention.
What you'll need to succeed 5+ years of email marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, or services. Strong skills in automation platforms (Customer.io preferred), segmentation, copywriting, and performance analysis. A solid grasp of GDPR and best practices is essential.
