Summary

We are proud to be working closely with a well-regarded primary school in Newton Le Willows that is seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Qualified Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting early years education and is looking for a long-term role within a nurturing and collaborative school environment.
As part of the EYFS team, you will support the delivery of the curriculum, help plan and implement engaging activities, and contribute to the observation and assessment of children's development. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space, while building strong relationships with children, staff, parents & guardians.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years or EYFS qualification and have proven experience working in an EYFS setting. You should be confident in your understanding of the EYFS framework, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a nurturing and proactive approach to supporting young learners.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A recognised Level 3 Early Years or EYFS qualification.
  • Proven experience working in an EYFS setting (either in a school or nursery).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
