Clinical Lead Nurse | Nursing Home | Up to £23 per hour | Day Shifts



Our client, a welcoming and well-established nursing home, is looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated nurse with strong leadership skills and a background in elderly care to take the next step in their career.



Working within a purpose-built, newly refurbished home, the Clinical Lead Nurse will play a vital role in delivering specialist residential and nursing care, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of clinical support and personalised care.



What We’re Looking For



  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin

  • Strong background in nursing homes or elderly care settings

  • Proven clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of best practice

  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and supervise the nursing team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care

  • Provide expert clinical guidance and act as a role model to colleagues

  • Oversee medication management, care planning, and safeguarding practices

  • Carry out clinical audits and ensure compliance with CQC standards

  • Work closely with residents and families to promote dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life

  • Support the Registered Manager with staff training, development, and performance management
