The Role
As our Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing project costs from tender to final account
- Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ensuring accurate forecasting and budget control
- Supporting procurement and contract administration
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Quantity Surveying or similar)
