We are looking for motivated Food Production/Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Tewkesbury. This is a fast-paced food manufacturing role working in a cold environment, with plenty of hours available and the opportunity for temp-to-perm progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in food production and packaging

  
  

• Operating machinery and equipment safely

  
  

• Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards

  
  

• Carrying out warehouse duties such as picking and packing

  
  

• Working efficiently in a cold environment

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a cold environment

    
    

  • Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude

    
    

  • Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse roles is an advantage but not essential

    
    

  • Flexibility to work 45+ hours per week
