Summary
Delivering services within allocated resources/budgets and agreed national and local quality standards, key performance. Workforce reviews, ensuring appropriate numbers, the right level of knowledge, skill and expertise. Effective communication, ensuring robust systems exist, enabling staff to feel informed, engaged and able to influence Trust priorities. Presenting and communicating complex information to a wide range of audiences with different levels of understanding of subject area. Leading investigations of complaints/untoward incidents, implementing lessons learnt are in a timely and effective manner. Line management responsibility and accountability for designated services and the staff within them.
