We are seeking a resilient, skilled, and compassionate Locality Manager to lead our specialist supported living home for adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Complex behaviours, including sensory processing differences.
- Mental health needs
- Behaviours of distress
Your locality will cover Lincoln and its surrounding villages, regular travel across the area is essential, so a full driving licence and access to a car is required.
As a Locality Manager, you will provide both operational and strategic leadership across several homes ensuring high-quality, safe, person-centred, and therapeutic support is provided by your teams. You will be a key figure in fostering inclusive, empowering environments where individuals feel safe, respected, and truly in control of their lives.
You will also be required to register with CQC as part of a joint registration with other Registered Managers in the Lincoln domiciliary care office.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage supported living homes for individuals with high and complex support needs.
- Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations, safeguarding protocols, and internal quality standards.
- Champion and embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), trauma-informed practice, and person-centred planning.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and learning.
- Build and lead skilled, motivated, and compassionate staff teams through coaching, supervision, and development.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with families, clinicians, commissioners, and multi-disciplinary professionals.
- Oversee dynamic, personalised support plans tailored to individual strengths, needs, and preferences.
- Ensure robust risk management, incident analysis, and service evaluations are in place and acted upon.
- Meet organisational KPI's and responsibly manage budgets in line with the organisational expectations.
