Summary
We are currently working with a leading housebuilder in Cambourne who are expanding their commercial team with three new roles. This is a fantastic chance to join a high-performing business and work on developments of up to 350 units.
Roles available: Experienced Quantity Surveyor - Up to £65,000 + car allowance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QS or AQS within residential / housebuilding
- Strong working knowledge of COINS system (essential)
- Ability to manage cost control, subcontractor management, and reporting into the Commercial Manager
