• Support service users with daily activities and personal care
• Encourage independence, wellbeing, and confidence
• Drivers: safely take service users to appointments and activities
• Follow care plans and celebrate achievements
Who We’re Looking For:
• Caring, energetic, and reliable team players
• Strong communicators who love making a difference
• Full driving license for driver roles
• Experience in care is a bonus, not essential
