Job Introduction
We’re looking for adedicatedCleaningOperativeto join our team inSt Asaph, Denbighshire. You’ll help maintain high standards ofcleanliness and safety while delivering excellent customer service andsupporting day-to-day cleaning operations.This is a great opportunity tojoin Sodexo, a world-leading facilities management company offering real careerprogression.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver high standards of housekeeping and cleaning across offices, laboratories, production, amenity areas, and washrooms in line with client specifications.
- Respond to customer needs promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times.
- Support with kitchen and service area cleanliness, including waste removal, washing up, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure all consumables are replenished.
- Follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements, reporting hazards or near misses.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in cleaning and/or customer service within a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and food safety standards, with high levels of personal hygiene.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to service excellence, and professional appearance.
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
