Summary
People Administrator Maternity Cover, Greenford, London. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our exceptional workforce and driving positive cultural evolution.
You'll have the opportunity to apply your problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills to ensure a remarkable employee experience. From handling data to supporting the full spectrum of People practice, you'll leverage your abilities to streamline processes and identify areas for continuous improvement. The People team takes the lead on the continuing evolution of the company's culture and employer brand. Reporting to the Head of People in a team of 4 serving a colleague population of 230. We aim for the duration of this cover to be from November 2025 - July 2026

✔ï¸Have previous administration experience or experience within a People/HR department, ideally including exposure to payroll process, with a good head for numbers
✔ï¸Possess exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders. We want someone who is comfortable to speak to a wide range of people, as that is a key part of the role
✔ï¸Have a self-driven, proactive mindset, coupled with a talent for multitasking and remaining composed under pressure. We’re on a mission to be efficient, so spotting how to improve aspects of this role and be able to work out solutions for issues is going to help you do well here

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain an unwavering commitment to data confidentiality and regulatory compliance, upholding the highest ethical standards.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation, showcasing your commitment to continuous growth and optimization.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Support accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring exceptional service delivery for each pay cycle.
• Leverage your exceptional communication skills to liaise with managers, peers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and data-driven approach.
• Analyse and interpret data, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle alongside 2 Business Partners.
• Support Business Partners in employee relations casework (administration), payroll, recruitment and internal communication.

Terms
• 40 hrs/wk i.e. 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri (start and finish times flexible) with a 3 day/week office; 2 day/week WFH hybrid working model. You will be required in the office full-time for your probationary period.
• Probationary period 3 months
• Annual salary review (our ‘movers and shakers’ are always rewarded)
• 10% KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks related to the role
