Summary
KFM are recruiting for a Despatch Operative based a short walk from the centre of Hull. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with a well-established company, offering stability and the chance to go permanent.

⦠Day shifts on weekly rotation (8:30–16:30 / 9:30–17:30 / 10:00–18:00)
⦠Overtime available at 1.5x pay
⦠Weekly pay

⦠Temporary to permanent
The Role:
⦠Picking orders from floor-level pick points only
⦠Operating lifting and handling equipment (Power Pallet Trucks and Hand Pallet Trucks)
⦠Maintaining inventory accuracy using warehouse systems
⦠Ensuring the workplace is kept safe, clean, and organised
⦠Supporting team staffing levels by working required shifts
⦠Following all Health & Safety requirements
The Person:
⦠Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch role
⦠Ability to work well under pressure
⦠Strong communication skills
⦠Basic IT knowledge
⦠Flexible and reliable with shift work
⦠UK Driving Licence beneficial (not essential)
