Summary
About you
Exeter City Councils Public and Green Space department are looking for applicants that can mentor, guide and support our grounds maintenance Teams. Working as a Co-ordinator within our Public and Green Space department, the successful candidate will be tasked with assisting the organisation of the day to day running of grounds maintenance.
The role would suit candidates who are seeking to lead from the front, and can set an aspirational example to our Teams
Experience in Grounds maintenance or Street cleansing is essential, as is experience in the implementation and maintenance of safe systems of work.
Applicants must hold a full valid UK driver licence.
About the role
Our PGS Co-ordinator will work alongside Public and Green Space operational teams, offering support, guidance and training to staff, whilst also facilitating efficient and clear communications from the PGS Management team.
This is a hands on role that will also require additional reporting and admin skills.
Good organisational skills, and the ability to think on your feet are a must for this post.
