Job Description
Two PA’s to support a teenage boy with Autism and learning difficulty and ADHD- to help him access the community in all weathers.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Taking out to access the community
– Personal care- change pull ups.
– Get involved with physical activities.
– To keep him safe and ensure he doesn’t run off.
– To calm him down from a high/ breakdown and reassure him.
– To use reins when out and about.
About Me
Funny character, lots of energy. Non verbal, has autism, ADHD and a learning disability. Can be a picky eater. Can hit out and be very vocal when he wants something or distressed.
Hobbies and Interests
Thoroughly enjoys trampolining and swimming. loves being outdoors- walks, going to the park- playing with leaves, sand and ripping paper up.
My Household
Do I smoke?- No
Can PA smoke during work hours?- Yes, outdoors.
Specific Requirements
PA’s to have English as a first language due to communication difficulties.

Hourly Rate- £12.21
Hours Per Week- 20 Hours termtime, 30 hours in school holidays split between 2 PA’s. 2:1 ratio to care for this individual.
All hours split between 2 PA's so half each, working together at all times.
How will the hours be used- Maybe 4 hours on a Saturday and Sunday and after school- mum is flexible termtime. School holidays- hours are very flexible.
Employer requires transport?- Preferably one of the PA’s- Yes
