Lead and motivate staff with regular coaching and mentoring
Manage staff rotas, training, and leave
Carry out audits to maintain compliance and quality
Ensure meaningful, active lifestyles for the people we support
Build strong working relationships with families and professionals
Report and manage safeguarding issues appropriately
What we’re looking for:
Experience in health & social care
Leadership ability with a hands-on approach
Full UK driving licence
NVQ level 5 Health and Social care
