P4 recruitment who are working with a leading charity who are seeking a female Team Leader due to the needs of the service users in Harrogate to join our dedicated team. This role is female-only due to the specific needs of the people we support.

Lead and inspire staff through coaching, mentoring, and regular meetings
Manage rotas, leave, and training schedules
Ensure compliance through monthly audits
Maintain safe, high-quality environments
Support individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives
Build strong links with families and professionals
What we’re looking for:
Female applicant with leadership experience in care
Strong organisational and mentoring skills
Full UK driving licence
Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care
