P4 Recruitment are working with a national charity who are looking for an experienced Team leader ready to inspire, motivate, and make a real difference? We’re looking for a passionate Team Leader to support our staff and uphold our values while delivering outstanding person-centred care in York.

Your Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop staff through mentoring and regular support sessions
Manage staff rotas, training, and annual leave
Carry out monthly audits (medical, financial, compliance)
Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred environments
Build strong relationships with families and professionals
Report safeguarding concerns and incidents
Work as part of the wider York District team
What we’re looking for:
Health & Social Care experience
Proven leadership skills
Full UK driving licence
Level 5 Leadership & Management
