Summary
Social Services Lawyer (Hybrid) needed in Stockport, £55ph PAYE - 000A 6DD1 / 1
- You will be responsible for providing the People Directorate with high quality advice and assistance to enable the Client
- To deliver its statutory duties in respect of safeguarding vulnerable Children.
- You will be handing a case load on matters such as Public law and Private law proceedings and Deprivation of Liberty.
- Attendance in person to represent the client on proceedings at The Civil Justice Centre In Manchester on a regular basis will be an essential part of the role.
The appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment clearances including a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
