A home, not just a service

Lavender Fields is a specialist care facility for adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs. Our ten-bed service aims to provide tailored support to our service users, allowing them flexibility and ownership on how they wish to spend their time. The service feels like being part of a family – relaxed, supportive, and most importantly, centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Based in the market town of Hitchin, the facility is ideally situated to take advantage of the town's three theatres and rich heritage, it's also within a short commute of Stevenage where our residents often enjoy a trip to the leisure park for a game of bowling!
