We are looking for a passionate Early Years Educator to provide exceptional care and education for children aged 0-5. Join our team and make a difference!

Locations –Richmond TW9
Salary Offered - £28,800 - £30,000 (based on level of experience)
Rooms – Babies & Toddlers

Key responsibilities as a Nursery Practitioner:
• Maintain a safe, stimulating environment appropriate to the age of the children.
• Ensuring that the health, welfare, and safety of all the children in the setting are met.
• Ensure compliance towards all the policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement play and educational activities according to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
• Encourage each child to reach his or her individual potential.
• Demonstrating an understanding of the care and educational needs of children
• Keep clear and precise observations and records as required.
• Maintain and update key child profiles.
• Develop effective professional relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and other professionals.
• Treat all children with respect, equality, and dignity.
• Attend relevant training sessions both inside and outside the setting.
• Attend all appropriate staff meetings, open days, parents’ evenings, etc. as required.

Person Specification for the ideal Nursery Educator
• Minimum Level 3 in Childcare & Education and a strong desire to make a difference!
• The ability to deliver high-quality practice.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
