The Role – General Operative
We are seeking dedicated and reliable General Operatives to join our Operations Team at our newly purpose-built facility based near Rushden. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing various tasks that support production.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely loading and unloading cages from delivery trailers
• Visually inspecting surplus food products on production lines to ensure they meet quality standards and removing any that do not
• Performing daily cleaning of the production lines and area
• Following all H&S requirements
The Person
Our General Operatives need to be able follow instructions and have a conscientious approach to their work.
