Summary
Picking
oPick and check client orders in a professional and accurate manner within pre-agreed Service Level Agreements
oAssist with the packing of client orders as instructed by the warehouse production team leaders
Packing
oCheck and pack client orders in a professional and accurate manner within pre-agreed Service Level Agreements
oAssist with the picking of client order as instructed by the warehouse production team leaders
Returns
oProcess client returns accurately and efficiently as per client instructions within pre-agreed Service Level Agreements
To ensure the safe handling and custody of client stock, reporting any damaged stock to the warehouse production team leaders
Accurately complete all despatch documentation, where required
To report discrepancies in stock levels to the warehouse production team leaders
Practice and maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse
To perform to agreed productivity levels as set by the organisation
To follow basic health and safety within the warehouse environment
To carry out other duties as instructed by the Warehouse Manager
Technical Skills and Experience
Experience of using warehouse management systems (desirable)
Microsoft Office (desirable)

Highly accurate with great attention to detail
Effective team-worker
Good communication skills
Ability to maintain calm under pressure
Experience of handling a varied workload in a fast-paced environmen
