We’re not just an ordinary care home – we’re a vibrant, welcoming community nestled in the stunning Perthshire countryside, surrounded by trees, hills, and fresh air. If you’re looking for more than a job – a place where your work truly makes a difference – Corbenic is the place for you.

Why Corbenic?

Be part of a caring, values-driven charity where every team member is valued and supported.

Work one-on-one with residents as well as in groups, providing personalised care that builds deep, meaningful connections.

Take residents on fun and regular outings: bowling, cinema trips, shows, aquariums, Highland games, coffee and cake – and much more.

No experience? No problem! We welcome anyone with the right values, compassion, and enthusiasm.

The Role – Full-Time Support Worker

37.5 hours per week, flexible shifts between Monday-Sunday.

Work in a small house team led by a House Coordinator and Assistant House Coordinator.

Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their wellbeing at all times.

Assist with daily activities, health appointments, outings, and holidays, on a 1:1 or group basis.

Cook and serve meals, administer medication, and contribute to care planning and record keeping.

Work towards achieving your SVQ3 (funded by us!) and SSSC registration requirements.

Provide personal care with dignity and respect, including washing, dressing, and other daily needs.

Life at Corbenic – What Makes Us Unique

A supportive, inclusive community set in beautiful countryside, complete with our own Farm, Poetry Path, and Dunkeld Shop/Café selling artisan produce.
