Summary

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe a relooking for an experienced Receptionist to work for our lovely corporate client in Marlow.

Permanent
Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm
GBP27k per annum

Duties and Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

· To be the first point of contact for all visitors and employees
· To create an excellent first and lasting impression for our visitors and employees
· To create a positive, energetic, standards driven working environment
· To ensure standards are consistently delivered and visitors/employees expectations exceeded
· To ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to
· To ensure the reception desk and visitor waiting areas are kept neat and tidy at all times
· Ensuring visitors book is compliant (i.e. sign in and out)
· Booking meetings and maintaining meeting room diaries
· Arranging couriers
· Answering all calls and taking messages
· Sorting and distributing post
· Scanning confidential post
· Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies
· Issuing and de-activating security badges for new starters and existing employees
· Sending weekly in house Deli menus to all staff
· Monitoring the car park ensuring that visitor spaces are kept clear
· Ensuring that the reception area and communal areas are kept clean and tidy

Benefits:
Salary: GBP27k (gross) p.a.
Holiday: 21 days per annum plus the usual designated bank/public holidays,
increasing by one day per year of service to a maximum of 25 days
