Summary
The Best Connection are currently seeking skilled Forklift Drivers to work on the night shift for our busy client based in Portsmouth.
You will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods efficiently within the warehouse.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Collaborating with team member to ensure the operation runs smoothly during peak times
- Manual handling
- Racking fruit deliveries onto the aisles
- Unloading and loading ship containers safely and efficiently
- Performing routine inspections on equipment to ensure minimise risks
- Lifting heavy loads safely
- Following the health and safety procedure
What we are looking for:
- All candidates must have a valid counterbalance forklift license
- Experience is preferred
- Understanding of the warehouse procedures and systems
This role is working on a casual basis on the night shifts, which are 1800 - 0600.
Pay rate is £16.68 per hour!
