Summary

Connect with what you’ll do
In your role you’ll:
• Support trades to deliver within their roles
• Carry out ad hoc requirements such as waste removal, safe working support, lifting etc
• Be safety-conscious doing your job, including while moving furniture and boxes or climbing stairs and ladders
• Keep and maintain records of time spent on a job, any materials used and any other information required for audit purposes
• Report and record any defect or breakdown to the relevant team, proactively reviewing outstanding work and updating as necessary 
• Carry out reactive calls and daily inspections of the site as required, and ensure any actions are followed up and recorded
• Complete all maintenance works and update systems as required. 
• Ensure building services and alarms are functioning correctly and actions are followed up and recorded on systems as necessary
• Ensure that all relevant documentation is processed and systems are completed in a timely manner, including making sure site records are updated as and when servicing takes place
• Work collaboratively with other teams, always keeping the customer updated along the way
• Always provide excellent customer service, taking the time to listen, understand and then identify the best way forward.
• Carry out any other reasonable activities to help keep the business moving forward.

Connect with how you’ll do it
We’re looking for someone with experience of:
• Previous experience in a similar all-round general maintenance role within occupied properties.
• Supporting in carrying out light trade repairs
• Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card 
• Working at Height or Prefabricated Access Supplier and Manufacturers Association (PASMA) or International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) certification
