We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate FitnessInstructor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding fitness classes, maintaining excellent gym standards, and creating an engaging, inclusive environment for our members. You’ll play a key part in motivating individuals to achieve their goals while ensuring the gym remains a safe, clean, and welcoming space. What you'll do:

  • Maintain gym standards and safety by keeping facilities clean, organised, and equipment properly maintained while ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies.
  • Deliver high-quality fitness classes and sessions, providing inductions, personalised programmes, and one-to-one support tailored to all fitness levels.
  • Engage and motivate members, offering guidance, encouragement, and innovative training methods to help them achieve their goals.
  • Promote health, wellbeing, and activities across the site, including group sports, office-based sessions, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment, building strong relationships with members and ensuring an exceptional gym experience.

What you'll bring:

  • Certified Fitness Instructor (e.g. Level 2)
  • Experience in leading group fitness classes and providing gym floor support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
