We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to support the building’s facilities through routine cleaning and service delivery, acting as an ambassador for Sodexo and the services provided onsite. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels and constructively challenging to enhance the service offer. Awareness of financial and company procedures is advantageous, as the position also involves company trading duties.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver a 5-star customer service experience, building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and building users.
  • Ensure site rules are followed and promote a safe working environment, raising any unsafe practices promptly.
  • Carry out scheduled cleaning to a high standard, including offices, desks, equipment, communal areas, and vending spaces.
  • Manage waste disposal and segregation in line with hygiene and environmental standards, while supporting sustainability initiatives.
  • Report faults, issues, and hazards to the relevant service partners, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
