Summary

Recruitment Professionals are recruiting on behalf of a leading regional law firm in Sheffield.

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive to join the firm’s busy Conveyancing Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a property law professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality legal services and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-established team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters efficiently and accurately.
• Handle complex residential transactions, including new build purchases.
• Provide clear, professional legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise and support junior team members where required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high service standards.
• Contribute to the firm’s reputation for reliability and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive.
• Proven experience in handling complex residential property work.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, including new build purchases.
• Good management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to manage your own workload.
