Summary


An exciting opportunity to join our Award-winning Emergency Department. Through facilitation, education and training, the post holder supports clinical practice in the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs. Acts as a resource to support professional development of staff. Improves practice based upon evidence and research thereby enabling new skills and competencies to be introduced that will enhance the quality of care delivered to the patients. Support the Matron and senior management team in managing both clinical and professional development issues concerning patients within the Trust.

Through facilitation, education and training, supports clinical practice in the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs. The post holder will act as a resource to support professional development of staff , improving practice based upon evidence and research thereby enabling new skills and competencies to be introduced, that will enhance the quality of care delivered to children. The post holder will support the Matron and senior management team in managing both clinical and professional development issues concerning children and young people within the Trust.
