Summary
FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the Wastewater industry for an experienced Process Commissioning Engineer to strengthen their team.

Process Commissioning Engineer role:
Execute Commissioning Engineers’ roles and responsibilities, ensuring schemes are delivered safely and in compliance with regulations.
Review and monitor project risks related to MEICA systems.
Attend commissioning system inductions and toolbox talks.
Collaborate with the Design team to incorporate plant commissioning requirements at the design stage and ensure inclusion in the appropriate scope of works.
Review design deliverables, including FDS, equipment and instrument lists, P&IDs, control philosophy, and telemetry requirements.
Develop and review Compliance & Commissioning Plans in alignment with design intent.
Oversee and approve FAT, SAT, and process witness tests.
Support the development of the initial Commissioning Programme.
Participate in Progress and Commissioning meetings.
Compile and manage commissioning documentation and deliverables.
Contribute to Commissioning Strategy reviews and documentation.
Coordinate with subcontractors regarding commissioning deliverables and interfaces.
Assist Training Coordinators with the preparation of training materials and participate in SW training sessions.
Support O&M Coordinators in the preparation and review of O&M Manuals.
Distribute Commissioning Logs, Daily Diaries, and other relevant information from engineers.
Assist in the preparation of takeover reports.
Maintain close liaison with the full scheme delivery team to ensure smooth project execution.
Process Commissioning Engineer requirements:
Proven Electrical commissioning experience
Extensive site experience of water & or water recycling operations
Practical knowledge of water & or water recycling processes
A valid clean UK driving license
