This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic early years professional to join us at a pivotal stage in our growth. Whether you are starting your career as an Educator or stepping up into a Senior role, this post offers genuine scope to develop and make your mark.

The Role

As an Educator, you will:

Deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences underpinned by the EYFS
Act as a key person, supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
Build strong, positive relationships with families
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, including set-up, tidy-up, mealtimes, and care routines
Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding policies
As a Senior Educator, you will also:

Take a lead in planning and delivering parts of the curriculum
Mentor colleagues, students, and volunteers
Support with delegated responsibilities such as safety checks or external liaison
Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking caring, motivated, and professional early years practitioners who thrive in a team environment.

Paediatric First Aid qualification (essential – support provided to renew/update if expired)
Experience working with children aged 1–5 years
Knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Commitment to inclusive, high-quality childcare
Desirable: Experience mentoring others (for Senior Educator) and experience with under-twos.

What We Offer

Ongoing training and professional development (including First Aid renewal)
A collaborative, family-focused environment with strong community values
Competitive salary (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
