Summary
M & K Solicitors Luton is looking for a dynamic well spoken individual, with excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner. As the first point of contact for clients it is important that you remain welcoming and friendly at all times.
As part of your role you will be required to manage client attendance, take payments and update systems. You will also be required to speak to clients on the phone and face to face dealing with requests and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be required to work Mondays to Fridays 9.30am to 5:30pm.
