The Role
Do you have experience working as a 2nd Line IT Technician and enjoy solving technical challenges? Are you confident supporting colleagues and clients across a range of IT systems with clear communication? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are looking for a Systems Technician to join our team at MMM Medical Equipment.
This is a full-time, office-based position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. The role offers variety, supporting both colleagues and clients with IT needs, while ensuring our systems remain secure and reliable.

Key Responsibilities of a Systems Technician:
• Colleague and Client IT Support
• Assist client IT setup as part of equipment projects
• Azure, Office 365 and Teams Administration in a hybrid AD/AAD environment
• Working with, and growing, a secure IT environment

The Person
• Worked as a 2nd Line IT Technician
• Able to troubleshoot issues with Desktop, Server, Network and Cloud infrastructure
• Able to communicate clearly with non-technical clients and colleagues
• Degree (or equivalent) educated in relevant subject
• Formal Microsoft administration qualifications desired
• UK Full Driving Licence required.
