Summary
The Service Manager will manage a complex programme of interdependent projects across clinical service units to ensure development of financially affordable solutions to capacity and quality issues that affect multiple areas of the Trust and where appropriate work with partners in the community so that organisational boundaries are not a barrier to implementation. This will enable the development, delivery and maintenance of all activity data capture associated with the CDC (Community Diagnostics Centre) ensuring that it delivers a sustainable business as usual model. Working in partnership with clinical staff, commissioners, managers and users, the post holder will lead the redesign of services and business processes and be responsible for facilitating the involvement of all stakeholders to ensure timescales are met and service benefits realised. The Service Manager will ensure that robust activity and financial management systems are in place during the planning period to maintain business continuity.
