Summary
Retail Security Officer – Supermarket
We are seeking a Retail Security Officer to work in a busy supermarket environment.
Hours: 11:30 – 20:30 (including weekends) And short weekend shifts available 11:30 - 15:30
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and antisocial behaviour
Manage incidents effectively and professionally
Assist customers by pushing trolleys when needed
Greet customers with a friendly and professional manner
Maintain a smart appearance at all times
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Confidence in dealing with theft and challenging situations
Smart, professional, and approachable appearance
Previous retail security experience preferred (SIA licence required if applicable)
