Summary
CSP Recruitment is currently looking for friendly and motivated Bakery Operatives to join a busy food production site in Kettering.
What does the job involve?
Working on a fast-paced food production line
Assembling, packing, labelling, and quality checking products
Adhering to health & safety guidelines at all times
Shift Pattern
Shifts are 12 hours, 7 out of 14 days (meaning you work half of the year while earning a full-time salary).
Day shift: 06:00 – 18:00
Night shift: 18:00 – 06:00
Example rotation:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in food production is helpful but not essential
Full training will be provided
Good teamwork and attention to detail
