Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (with one fixed weekday off), Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00, 1 in 3 Sundays: 10:00 – 16:00

What You’ll Do:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and finance packages
- Present and explain add-on products such as service plans, insurance, and accessories
- Guide customers through the entire buying process from enquiry to handover
- Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
- Follow up with new and existing customers to maximise future sales
- Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer standards
- Deliver a five-star customer experience from first contact to aftersales support
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is essential
- Automotive industry experience is desirable but not required – full training provided
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence is required
